Bestop

Your website has no link I could find to ask questions. I have a Bestop hardtop and a 2000 soft top I had questions about getting replacement parts.

Customer service rep did not assist my issue properly and provided generic and scripted responses regarding my issue with the elasticity of the rear straps after owning the cover for maybe 1 month. I gave up corresponding with her and shared I was dissatisfied with her assistance.

Install was a little frustrating as the limited directions were awful. Overall though, a great product!

Hi. First I should say that the Sunrider top is absolutely awesome. I read reviews that people said they should have bought one immediately and I feel the same way. Install was easy as well. My only complaint is that I bought it for Black Friday and there was supposed to be a $100 rebate. I couldn’t figure out how to make that work. Whatever I tried to click or link to follow or code, it just wouldn’t do anything. I bought it anyway obviously but it sort of left a bad taste in my mouth. All in all I would buy one again, I would just want to be sure to get in touch and get the promised rebate.

Product is great. Fit fine. Great quality. I had an instillation difficulty and customer service was very slow (days) to respond. I would still buy their products.
