Bestop

I ordered a Trektop Pro for my '13 Wrangler to replace a cut and broken canvas top. Having sliding back windows and a glass windshield was the purpose of my choice and knowing that the canvas was supported by durable plastic underneath would prolong the life of this top. For the most part, I really like the top and with the exception of a faulty connection point on the back window that ended up requiring a full replacement of the glass window, the top itself is great quality. My real problem was customer service. I understand that this is a busy season for them and labor shortages are causing issues for most companies, but Bestop needs to revamp their customer service process. The problem was, unless I had left the communication with their customer service team to email only, I would still be waiting for help. The amount of time it took to fix my top was over two months and only because I was the one who persisted in keeping communication active. Had I left it to their desk, they would have closed my ticket and forgotten about me. I contacted their desk, by phone, three separate times and each time I received a "yessir, we will get on this/contact our design team/get this fixed" response from all I spoke with there and they never called me back. I was promised follow up emails after each call to communicate next steps and the only email I ever received from them was a "your ticket has been closed" email when we hadn't figured out a fix. They finally sent me a replacement back window to fix the faulty piece from the original, but not without me doing most of the work. The service team always sounded like they were on their 15th hour of phone calls whenever I spoke with them (even though I called as soon as their desk opened each day). I'll continue to support the company by purchasing their products. I love their tops, but they really need to revamp their customer service process and know that this time of year will be challenging and hire more, outgoing people.

I like my Core Drs, not so much my soft top replacement!

first time the order got cancel for no reason?

Basically just giving you a three star because this top on my two-door bronco flops around it makes all kinds of noise right above my head where the Velcro is around the bar. Very poor design should’ve been much tighter. The one in my Jeep Wrangler is 1000 times better.
