Love the new soft top. Easy to install. Easy to operate. Shipped great. Only thing I’m not fond of and it could be me is scratches on the rear window after rolling it and hooking it up. No I didn’t remove it for space purposes.

Took a long time for you to ship which was disappointing because I was really looking forward to getting it.

Make a better return policy

The online videos show nice nob bolts to mount the rails. What you get is a bag of machine screws.

As it shipped from a 3rd party, getting shipping updates was difficult. I contacted Best Top, and could not get a clear answer but fortunately it showed up without any communication - so this is definitely an area for improvement. Otherwise, happy with the product just not the customer service.
