Everything about ordering and instal were amazing with the Bestop team. While at an off-road show I mentioned to one of the team members I was having some difficulty with a window zipper and he told me they would warranty it, no problem. He took my email and despite what had to be a super long and busy weekend followed up first thing on Monday, I had my new window by the end of the week. Best customer service I have seen in decades and honorable enough to really stand behind their warranty and work. Never own another brand.

Couple of small scuffs wanted them to be aware of incase became problematic was told to go ahead install and would send new top when back in stock. Keep old top Come home one day and the new one was there
