This will be our second Trektop Pro. The first one was installed 2 years ago on a 2015 2dr Jk, and the second was just installed on my wife's 2012 Jk 2dr. I encountered an insulation issue, which was promptly addressed by customer service on the 2015 Jk. They dispatched replacement parts to me and I was completely satisfied. The second order included a damaged window sail. They provided a full replacement unit. The service is unparalleled! I only have a picture of my 15 Jk (Mud Dauber) on my phone. My wife's Jk looks similar, but it is white. Both are daily drivers and trail hunters on the weekends. #noshowqueens #jeeplovers
