The Bestop. com experience was partly great and partly frustrating. I interpret their inability to keep up with email inquiries as a sign of a great product and growing a business. I just received the topper via Fed Ex. It came quickly and look forward to installing it.
Why frustrating? The website was clear that a brake light was not included, but their reviews made it obvious that a brake light was available. I wrote before, and after, placing my order for the topper in an effort to have it shipped with the original order. Bestop responded, but not till after the original order shipped. I ordered the light they recommended, but had to pay shipping for it.
I’ve sent a request to have the shipping credited back to me since I did everything possible to get in touch early, but could not - despite great auto-email and voice mail systems. Let’s see if customers service responds here.
