At first I didn't know what was going on, the order didn't arrive as initially expected and when I called the customer service number I would always get a recording saying that I had called during non business hours no matter what time of day or night I called. Since I bought the item through PayPal, they started an investigation and that's when I received an email from BESTOP... turns out the product was in back order so I had to wait about 10 weeks to get the Instatrunk for my 2001 TJ Wrangler but at the end it was worth the wait. I'm very satisfied with my purcahse!
