When ordering an item of signifant cost, one can sometimes expect that delivery from a highly recognized carrier would be without fault. However, in this instance but Trektop appeared to me to be lost between locations. I waited a couple of days for a change hoping that it might get delivered despite no updates from the carrier. When that didn't happen I reached out to customer service by email with the information I had. A day later, my parcel magically showed up. Mind you the package is 5 foot tall and 3 foot wide, and not in the greatest of conditions. There was extra tape everywhere and the cardboard packaging damaged. If I had been home when it was dropped, I honestly might have declined it for the condition. However I opened the package and unpacked the contents. Thankfully all the parts were there and the top was unharmed thanks to the manner things were packed inside. I would like to think my simple email had customer service checking the carrier and getting them to delivery.
