Bestop has a long wait time if you have a problem with your order but part of it was my fault because when they called me back I thought it was a scam call. I finally got ahold of a lady that works there. I explained the problem with my top and the lady I was dealing with was an excellent representative for their company. Extremely nice and took care of my problem right then. I received my replacement top in a few days, it fit perfectly and if you have a problem with your order I hope you get lucky and get to talk to the GREAT customer service lady that I talked to and she will take care of of your problem. She will make your day better.
