F for shipping, never got a package. F for customer service, still haven't got any answers on where my package is. F for asking me to review your product but you don't have the wherewithal to answer my emails or even send me the product. I will have to ask chase to issue a chargeback at this point.

Everything about this product and service is horrible

Zero customer service and that's not an exaggeration. This experience will have me looking at aftermarket parts first from now on.
