Bendpak should vet the shipping company better, I wasted 6 hrs traveling back and forth picking up the correct lift after ABF failed to deliver.

Although the salesman was clueless, I got a great product that does in fact fit my lift.

One of the pads on my lift cracked and broke in half. Was a little disappointed as I am not a commercial shop and replacement pad was $40. For a piece or rubberized plastic. I love the lift, but not the prices

So I have bought multiple bendpak lifts over the years and I plan to buy more. I do have an issue though, when I buy a lift and you supply a lift with holders for extensions, which you always need, but then don't supply the actual extensions that is a problem. So now I have to purchase these separate just to use the lift I just bought. Seems like they should just come with it.

Waiting on the second replacement on a simple funnel! Can't use equipment that's been here over a week now!
