Great experience shopping on the BendPak site. Easy to use site. Package arrived in a strong box. No damage to the contents.

Delivery was prompt, all parts were present, instructions were included and clear and detailed. Assembly was straightforward. Operation and adjustment/maintenance are easy. Packaging protected components superbly. I had one issue with the optional rolling bridge jacks; a pneumatic fitting leaked and customer service responded swiftly with the replacement. The selection of accessories satisfied my needs very well.

All was on time. I spoke to a tech. once and great feedback
