The crate was 80 percent damaged the only thing that had exploded damage was the control box I worked on it the unit works fine

Works as intended

Had unit for multiple years with no issues.

Cylinder works good.

The hydraulic ram arrived as scheduled. I installed it the same day and have been satisfied with it. I was surprised to find it painted gray rather than black like the original ram was when I bought the lift. One black, one gray won't affect the operation one bit.
