13 days after order and still have no Info on when to expect shipment. Called and and no one could provide anything even though confirmed plenty of stock on hand. No follow up from after call in, order check up or after order. Hasn't been good so far.

Hoist is a cheap china hoist with danmar's name on it. Fit, finish and quality is poor at best, hoist never lifts the vehicle evenly side to side, and vibrates and shakes half the time when you raise a vehicle. One ram started leaking 2 months after the install, but have to give credit to customer service, a new ram was sent out right away.

Terrible customer service and tech support

Awful customer service.

The wrong product was delivered to me and MaxJax has not made it right yet.
