Honestly my experience was bad. I ordered this part for my car a month ago and I had to wait until January just to get it because I didn’t put my VIN number in. It wasn’t even required for me to put my VIN in. You should make it required to put your vin number in if it causes this much of a problem. I don’t think I will EVER use this company again. Dewayne was great though no complaints about him.

My item finally shipped 11 days after I placed my order, and only after I called customer service FIVE times. I left messages three separate times after sitting on hold for 20+ minutes each time. Finally after my third message and “scheduled” time for someone to call me back did I finally get a call. The rep told me that the product was in stock and he wasn’t sure why it hadn’t shipped. What do you know? About an hour later I got an email notification that my part had shipped. Will not be ordering from this site again.
