Hi auto loc, How nice of you to finally get in contact with me. I made a purchase one month ago, On the 3rd of november and did not receive any confirmation. I emailed a week later and got no respnce again. I then rang your Sydney Australia number and it has been disconnected, so I rang your American number and that to has been disconnected. So finally if someone can give me information on my purchase I'd appreciate it.

I ordered my part well over a month ago. It was outsourced to another company to fulfill my order. I have no way of tracking it without emailing someone and waiting on an updated status. I have been waiting on my item for well over a month now, just to find out it was on back order. I feel if it's on back order I should be told up front or your website should show out of stock or back order. So here I am taking a survey on a product I have still yet to receive.
