I've been waiting since September for my custom shift knob and I still don't have it. Your employees are very friendly but I would appreciate it if I would get my product on the date that was promised.

Came in the mail quickly, I love the size and feel as well as the vintage look of the shift knob. Only problem was the aluminum insert threading was loose and would turn when I tightened the knob all the way. A little Gorilla glue later and I am on my way though. Thanks guys -Tucker

I ordered my shifter knob and transfer case knob with custom engraving as well as two adapters. The knobs came in quickly and looked great. One of the adapters was back ordered. I called and was told it would be at least six weeks. I told them I needed it to finish the truck. The guy told me they had some of my adapters in a multi pack and maybe they could open a pack and get me mine. He transferred me to someone else to ask for this service. Five weeks later still no adapter.

I won a free engraving from American Shifter so I took made a custom engraving and everything looked good. Now although I got a free engraving I still paid for the ball shifter. When the product arrived I was disappointed to find that it wasn't actually an engraving but a raised print. The raised print was also chipped off on one side when it arrived. The metal fitting inside the ball was also not sealed in, meaning I will have to find the proper adhesive and seal it in myself. This was one of those too good to be true things.
