I ordered the wrong part and they were not helpful at all. Took 2 days of emailing to just get an RMA number to return the item. I still havent received a refund and it has been 13 days since I shipped back.

I bought a disk break conversion kit for my 96 fourtrax that has 12 inch aftermarket rims and my 4 wheeler has the drum break located in the wrong location. So i asked for a return. At first they wanted to say it was mu fault for buying the wrong part and wanted to charge a fee to take the item back. Got that waved and then they say they will not pay for shipping saying its my fault and saying the only reason im returning is because my model 4 wheeler comes with 11 inch rims when i stated that i had 12 imch rims they completely quit replying to me.

They listed the winch I bought for a sportsman 850, its not, you have to cut factory parts to get it to fit. They have terrible customer service and their return policy is basically theft. I reported this company to therapy department at my bank and the BBB. I would never buy any product from this company and hope everyone else does the same.
