I had ordered a winch kit for my new Polaris Sportsman that just didn't meet my expectations, so I spoke with customer service and they sent me a replacement completely free of charge and with no questions asked. I will certainly order from you folks again!

This is a great kit. Clear instructions and everything fits perfect. Easy bolt on installation. The winch power wires could be a tad longer, but with a little finesse they will make it to the rear compartment down the left side. Works like a champ.
