Purchased a cold weather cover kit for a 3500 Ram For a trip to Alaska. Paid for expedited shipping. Estimated delivery was yesterday, the package did not arrive. UPS updated stating it would be delivered today alas no package with no estimated delivery date. I leave door Alaska in two days. I paid the extra for expiated delivery to ensure I had the product in time for my trip. Now I’m unsure if I’ll get it before I depart.

38 days to get this and i payed for a rush order

I ordered a part on 5 Jan and after a week ( 7 days) i sent email asking status update. response" ship date is 13 Jan.. then another 5 days goe by with no action or email update .. I sent email asking to cancel my order give me a refund which was 17 Jan 2023 and about 6 hours later BAM!!!! i get email saying it shipped. please...Im still sending back for refund this is bullshit customer service...

This is terrible!!! You send a mirror in a Polly bag. Broken when I open the package. Send in a box next time.
