They did not have the parts in stock as advertised. They were on backorder and did not tell me until I emailed them and question the order. They already had taken my money so had to wait for the parts to be shipped from Mopar. Bad customer service keeping me updated.

Pictures were the description. Pictures showed bolts and other pieces. Nothing but the hitch showed up. Now I have to scrounge parts because your restocking fee is BS. Could have bought just the hitch for $200 less all over the internet. I will never visit this store again.

Trying to return the roof trim molding I bought it is 2' too short. I emailed and Messaged acouple times and haven't heard back . on Day 3

I bought a set of four pieces, and I received one piece. I sent you pictures showing the purchase invoice and pictures showing the goods received.

I ordered wheel locks & payed for overnight delivery Sunday night & it didn’t come in until Wednesday around noon. Then the parts I ordered weren’t the ones I seen on the picture that were the ones I thought I’d selected. I emailed accessory parts email, they emailed back to send photos back & now no response & it’s been about a month now.
