The order process was easy. The shipment was received in a timely matter. The communication was primarily email. I do prefer talking directly in case I have questions. I did ask in a email if I could call directly and was told yes and when I called I spoke to Sam (I think that was his name). That was good. I still need to send the core back and I may have to contact them again to see what the process is for that. Overall, it has been a good experience and I would certainly consider buying again if and when the need comes up.

Everything went good with the order and an items fit gear. Expedited delivery was not very good but all else was.
