Great service, great packaging and fast shipping

Awesome ability to get the parts I needed. Exceptional costomer service. I was very pleased to get a live person on the other end to work out what was needed. He even recognized my order error and fixed it. 1 concern. This is the second time Ive ordered and the main part, that costs hundreds of dollars, both times has come in an opened then resealed box and looked slightly off from the part I was replacing. It does make me concerned that the part is genuine Ford.
