Wayward Wheel

Hello, I placed a special order for a wheel and when a week went by with no change in status I called and talked to Eric Andrews. Turns out VW sent my wheel to the wrong dealer located in NH. Eric got right on it and had the wheel redirected. I received the wheel yesterday with no problems. I would like to thank Eric for all his work to straighten out a mess not of your making. I will remember him the next time I need VW parts. He was fantastic!
