I sent my main board for my treadmill for repair as the incline was not working (the motor tested good) and even though the result was a non-repairable issue the communication was excellent and they fully refunded my money (minus shipping which is understandable) after 2 attempts to repair. This is an excellent company to deal with and will be using them again if the need arises. Thank you UpFix!
