Amber Henderson was amazing her support was the best but the part still not working correctly

Have had issues in the past. Im not sure of where or what the problems are and will not post my opinion any where else. I only want to help resolve the issue. I purchased a new FICM a new remodeled one. any way it goes into a limp mode not just crashing the FICM. reset the error codes and ran just fine. yes it did it twice so I have an issue with the truck. but for a better service for you I would think you would want to get to the bottom of the issue for if nothing else -reliability. The repaired one from you simply crashed the ficm and of course return it and get repaired again. 3 times. I will assist if i can. Nick helped me serveral times he seems like a great Rep for you guys.
