NO problem in the service but these didn't work and when fitted my tailgate would not close.

Instructions included with the kit are almost useless. There was no explanation of the process needed to prepare the tub for installation, i.e. what needs removing, how best to remove etc. And absolutely zero insight into how to replace the sports bar with the extra units provided. Now that I’ve completed the install, with the assistance of a couple of engineers, who agree, the instructions are pathetic, I concede it wouldn’t be too tricky second time round but this install, due to lack of clear instructions, took me an friends 6 hours. Also, the other great promise ‘Support’, I emailed Anton Poddubnyi to ask if there were any instructional videos available online - no response.

ordered this product over a month ago and it was not sent and had to contact you several times to get some answers you then resent the order and now have to wait another month before it arrives really poor service as it was a $400 item

First the carpet started to seperate from the roof then the mountings broke further damaging the canopy and the ute. When I complained I was told to ship it back to Melbourne - at my cost.
