My customer contact with Andrew B was fantastic. He showed genuine interest in a correct product match to my vehicle. He offered any technical assistance I might would needed. When it came to the installation; I discovered the prior owner had “cut out the factory connector. ” Andrew gave me some options on how to proceed/remove the REDARC connector and wire in directly or return. Based solely on my technical skills I opted for a “change of mind return. ” Andrew rose to the occasion again, understood and provided the necessary information for a proper return. I cannot say enough positives about Andrew’s focus on a totally quintessential customer experience.
