Redarc’s customer service is top notch. Mark, who is an actual electrical engineer, replies to a lot of the customer service emails which I thought was pretty impressive and super helpful. I reached out about several different products with multiple questions and he was always kind and helpful and replied within 24hrs. I have a 1000W inverter and a Tow Pro elite from Redarc and I’ve been happy with both. I would say their solutions tend to be a little more all-in-one than say, Victron, so if you have an existing setup it can be a little harder to customize with Redarc’s options, but the quality seems great and it’s the best customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Inverter works great so far, it's only been a couple of days. My application was a little different and I needed a little help. In a time period where most companies' customer service sucks, Redarc excelled in customer service. I appreciate their customer service immensely.
