Customer Service Leader
I purchased a brake controller for a 2005 Ford E350. The item was delivered in tact with solid packaging. I purchased an incorrect adapter and reached out to customer service. I received prompt responses after hours over the weekend. Each time I corresponded via email, I always received a reply within a couple of hours even after normal business hours. The customer service team worked with to return the incorrect harness and shipped the correct one to me. Their approach to customer service should be mirrored by all service providers.
