I waited almost a week because the color I wanted was out of stock and had to get a different color which wasnt bad but lack of communication cause a 4 day delay in the order process and now the shipping company, Saia, is giving me the run around on delivering my bike. Its been in Atlanta Georgia for 4 days and was supposed to be delivered this past friday. When I called on friday I was told it would be delivered today and its still in Georgia and may get delivered either tomorrow or Wednesday, 12/9/2020. WTH! My job, livelyhood, is on the line. I have bills to pay just like everyone else and now my job is threatened because the bike I ordered will be my only mode of transportation and its held up. This is crappy service in my opinion and needs to be corrected asap. I dont care if it gets delivered on the back of someones pick up truck. Get it here or give me a full refund!

I ordered my part a couple weeks ago and haven’t heard anything back. I even emailed customer service and still have no information.

Horrible evil company

Worst experience of my life. FYI, I used to race ProAm motocross and had good sponsors back in the 1980-90s so I am very aware of what I’m talking about. There can be absolutely zero excuse for all kinds of shipping damage they and their carrier did to my motorcycle and to make it worse they didn’t connect rear shock to swing arm mount as it rested ontop of the bolt that was supposed to be through the mount / shock arm and wasn’t. Had I taken it on the highway before seeing their mistake I could have died. I paid $300 extra for full assembly, big mistake! I then asked for replacement parts from shipping damage and instead of sending the parts I was told they could offer me a $5 battery charger?! I’m going to be reporting them to the BBB with an F rating as well as making YouTube videos with proof to warn everyone. Don’t make the mistake I did. It’s a shame because other than the shipping damage it wasn’t that bad of a motorcycle but when you bludgeon the sale in shipping damage it’s hard to enjoy the item.
