Replacement of incorrect installed parts on new bike poor, as I have been waiting from delivery and it's now 12-08-20.and no communications and no parts means no use of bike since delivery. Sale # 28661.

Broken rear fender and there was no rear view mirrors. Sent fender back to see if it can be replaced.

I would have given tx motorsports a five of not for two very important things. First, the bill of sale sent to me was dated July and I bought the bike in September, the DMV was about to charge me a late registration fee so I asked for a new bill of sale and thanks for doing so quickly. The second issue is the front caliper bolt came off the bike while I was riding at night on a whindy road. The brake pads hit against the rotor and chipped as I made it to a gas station. The use of loctite on the back sprocket was such a waste that dripped down to the chain. That wasted loctite should have been used on the front caliper bolts. I paid for a tested and fully assembled bike service at over 200$ and I'm grateful for the work they did other than one of the most important bolts on the entire bike. I should have checked it before riding.

Communication/expectations on shipping timeline was not conveyed. Any emails I sent got very short and sometimes incomplete responses. No name was attached to any email. I don’t know if I was talking to one person or different people. I had trouble getting it started. I asked some questions over email and I was given Incorrect information. I changed to a cheaper bike and then had to ask for a refund a week later.

Sent the wrong bike and then send me to talk to supplier! All done out of the lower 48. If you get the right order I am sure it is fine but help you if you don’t. 0 stars!!!!
