Shipping was fast. Problem was the light weren't connected properly. My front brake caliper came loose from the brake brother bolt fell off while riding, I need the front bolts that bolt the front caliper.

Customer service is whacked very bad I cant get on the same page and I've tried very hard no results. I call, write, send pictures. Dosnt help they are in there one world. I wish they would stop and listen to what I say but no. They keep sending me the wrong parts.multiple times. What the hell is wrong with them.

Horrible customer service! Package was late and came from California which was never disclosed.. My selection was great for my son, but I had to buy parts locally which were missing. Called for help and was promised a return call from a tech.. NO CALL!

I haven’t received my order yet

Order was lost by the shipping company they used. Finally arrived 10 days late. Exterior of shipping packaging was damaged. Called Txpowersports with the concern and was told there was nothing they could do. After some jawing with the rep I was told to email pics to the manager. Also sent to the rep via text. Never received a response. If you use a shipping company to deliver your products they are a direct reflection of your company.
