Im sending a five star for the coilovers. I understand that everyone make mistakes the coilovers are of quality. The order was not fulfilled missing extended adjusters and date of build missing on certificate.

Web site is easy to use except logon tab is not evident. Service level is not what I expected. I am into my 9th week waiting for my paid for order.

It took a while to get my springs. But not bad considering covid. I would have appreciated more contact with information on when to expect them. I also emailed to change delivery address, but didn't hear back. I give some leeway due to the current world situation though. The springs I ordered are excellent though.

Always happy with the product but over the phone I was told they had camber plates and they also took quite a bit longer than expected

Waited 12 weeks, received a kit for the wrong car, told I have to wait another 3 weeks and offered a t-shirt to make up for my trouble but no apology offered by US team. Box and certificate labeled correctly but wrong kit in box; no quality control.
