This is a well built and thought out product. It worked well and easily the first time I used it. It was shipped promptly, arrived quickly and in good shape. It operates just as I expected.

We just got back from a 4 week trip with our trailer - and the drill driven nose Valet Jack performed excellently. It made it so much easier to unhook and get the trailer set up at each stop. We had a number of times we could not haul the trailer down some nasty roads - but the Valet made unhooking and re-connection the trailer fast and easy. Very happy. My trailer mount was slightly undersized for the lower hole for the Valet to slide into, so I did have to open up the lower hole a bit with a bimetal hole saw - not a big deal.
