I have showed pictures to my family and friends how easy operation the jack is with a drill or the crank handle.

Purchase was easy it shipped quickly and the item was mechanically perfect. I bought a refurb unit so fully expected it to have some dings which it does but that doesn’t affect how it works. It makes me feel less concerned when I put it away if it bangs into things. I’m old-school and like to talk to people when I do purchases and do these things but their communication via email was excellent and I couldn’t be happier.
