Received with a cracked plastic part of brake handle, called answering service after hours. Next business day received a text wanting to see a photo of broken part, they sent a replacement with in days! Excellent customer service!

I really like the trailer jack, the drill power assist is fantastic! It is a very heavy duty trailer jack, the drill power assist makes it so easy to use. The manual crank works good too! My dolly wheel fit perfectly, very well made.
