They stink if I could give them no stars that would be better. They misrepresented their inventory. Their add said delivery could be available for a week after I had ordered and then someone else from their company said it would be delivered in 6 to 8 weeks. Then they said the item had shipped so I made another inquiry with them to which they never replied back to. So I did some more digging and I found out that most deliveries from grammer usually take 6 to 8 weeks. So they never had the part to begin with and the add lied about when I could receive it. This company seems to not have any inventory and they may be a drop shipper. Who knows. I’m just aggravated that the delivery time was misrepresented. Unfortunately they were the only online retailer selling these grammer brackets. Someone could have made a mistake with inventory which would have been fine. Just acknowledge it tell me and I can move on with my life. Instead I have to find out on my own. And more importantly now my project has been delayed indefinitely and im out my money for 6 to 8 weeks. For my experience the lack of communication and customer service was a zero Probably won’t do w business with them again
