arrived on time and as described. Not damaged as well.

I ordered online for pick up at dealer..The dealership employees did not acknowledge you at all.The only pleasant person was the person at parts who is very knowledgeable and polite.

Prices are great, but took a few days for the Paypal payment to hit (usually when they ship the part), however it sat in "awaiting payment" status for two more days after that. Other than that slight delay all good.

I recently purchased a mirror assembly for my 2017 Impreza and was shocked to learn that assembly doesn’t mean everything, 3 more parts are required to complete the mirror. It really should state that clearly that the assembly doesn’t include all that is required.
