I purchased an remote starter from the parts dept last min xmass eve and they made it happen. There was a small issue after the Holiday and Ben in parts along with few other techs and guys took care of it and us beyond what was expected!!

They did quite well. The order was complex. Anti-freeze cannot be shipped (HAZMAT). Order was to be picked up versus shipped so that confused the system a bit. One fuse was missing (ordered four vs three to cover the one I ruined), and haven't heard that the paint dauber has arrived yet. They communicated and paid attention to the simultaneous three orders, so they whole thing was pretty darn good.
