Not happy with the surfactant streaking.

Worked on some but I had to go to aluminum bright to get it all the way off. The pictures show the white that came after multiple treatmeants with efflo-go straight. Worst part I posted on there page for some help or ideas and tried there customer care never got a response. Very disappointed in that.

Customer service is among the worst I have seen. I guess when you have good products and your growing you don’t pay attention but it will cost in them in the long run.

I have yet to receive my item or even updates to delivery. I am very unhappy that it’s been two weeks and nothing has been sent.

Shipping was delayed over a week. Then hose reel was sent out to me without the brake system. Weeks have gone by… I haven’t been updated on anything. I’m out 400 bucks and have a worthless reel sitting on my porch for a project I can’t finish. If I was told ahead of time that I’d be waiting this long I would have chosen a different option. SESW typically has great products and customer service, but this situation really screwed me over and they have made zero attempts to correct. There was a note in the packaging letting me know it was missing a brake for the reel.
