5 stars on the website ordering process and shipping. Actual product review would be a guess as I’ve not used the product!

Soap not impressive does not lay on thick and in less than a minute it’s all run off and it doesn’t shed everything off on a well maintained clean vehicle I still needed a sponge

It’s been over a month. No product. No communication. No answers. Tracking number is a dead end. I want my money back!! I would give negative stars if possible.
