Soap not impressive does not lay on thick and in less than a minute it’s all run off and it doesn’t shed everything off on a well maintained clean vehicle I still needed a sponge

It’s been over a month. No product. No communication. No answers. Tracking number is a dead end. I want my money back!! I would give negative stars if possible.
