I ordered the medium beige retractable seat belts. The belts arrived, well packaged and within a respectable amount of shipping time. The belts appeared well made and very capable of restraining passengers in the event of a crash or rapid deceleration. I did return the belts only because the medium beige was a little two light in color for my interior. No worries. I called Seat Belts Plus and scheduled a return and an exchange with one phone call. I was notified today my medium brown belts shipped and I can expect them to arrive this week. I recommend Seat Belts Plus for their customer service and quality belts.
