Father Christmas purchased this bike from a local retailer, and when we came to pick it on 23rd Dec we were presented with a damaged bike. We were offered a refund so contacted Rayleigh at 12:00PM. They promised next day delivery (24th Dec) and they fulfilled their promise. We can not praise the team enough. Amazing work Rayleigh

Just the job. Has a very substantial key operated lock and stowes away under the saddle fine.

Very nice bike for my daily commutes, comfortable and gears change well and smoothly. Ordered the bike online and got it delivered to nominated bicycle shop (Cycles UK Greenwich) the following day. Very fast delivery. Cycles UK Greenwich was great/quick at putting bike together and they will recheck it in 6 weeks.

Very happy with my purchase. Very happy Hubby on Christmas Day when he opened his gidft.
