Fantastic purchase and an excellent deal. Delivered the next day with great correspondence throughout. The reason for four stars, the rear tyre keeps going flat and due to holidays it's not been repaired yet. There's a problem with the presta valve. Apart from that, fantastic.

The bike was delivered within 2 days as promised and was very well packaged. It is generally very well made with quality components however I was disappointed to find that the decals to the front forks and both wheel rims shown on the Raleigh web-site were missing. This should have been picked up and rectified by quality control. When I contacted customer services they did offer to exchange the bike but we were going away and wanted to take the bike with us so declined the offer. It is early days but I am already able to go out on much longer rides than I could manage on a standard bike

Unfortunately I have only been able to use it once, as the battery died very quickly, and I needed to return the bike to Cycle Republic. The battery was replaced, and I was able to take the bike home which was very useful, having travelled 15 miles.

Amazing gift. Just the calendar was 2019. And as it was a present was a bit gutted. Maybe it was in the picture but didn’t see the date
