After a slight hiccup occurred (one of my items was out of stock despite it being available to order), I received an actual phone call from a real person explaining what happened and offering an immediate refund. I was refunded and the remaining items arrived quickly. There is no replacement for small businesses and their customer service. I will be doing business with them again.
