Before making the purchase, I emailed the website, and called their representative. The sales rep that assisted me was very knowledgeable about product and was able to answer my questions. I purchase the exhaust system around noon, and it was shipped out that same day. Overall, great experience with SE Motors.

Was told my order was 3 weeks out due to backorder, arrived less than 2 weeks after being told this. Customer service was awesome as was whomever they have as a shipping manager.
