Very difficult to cammunicate with them

Product seems great but will not know until we finally get the front springs.

Support didn’t offer any support or didn’t know what they were talking about

Should have explained to customer the problem with missing parts and try to find solution for customer. instead, I was lied to and given NO options other than to cancel order.
