Poor packing

First guy assured me he could not help me before knowing my situation second backed the first guy without knowing what he was talking about as our conversation persisted the product he assured me could not be removed and sold from a kit IS actually a part that is actually sold separately all of the time the third did not rectify my website issue of 2 shorted orders due to an update issue on quantity.

I never needed to use them. The Ridetech springs I bought with the spacers would not work.
